"القاهرة للاستثمار والتطوير" تواصل تلقي طلبات المستثمرين ضمن الطرح الثاني بمدينة الجلود بالروبيكي على 36 مصنعًا جديدًا

في إطار تنفيذ رؤية القيادة السياسية وتحقيق أهداف الدولة بجعل مصر مركزاً إقليمياً لصناعة الجلود، من خلال أول مدينة متكاملة ومتخصصة لصناعة الجلود ومنتجاتها في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا، كشفت وزارة الصناعة عن مواصلة شركة القاهرة للاستثمار والتطوير تلقي طلبات المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين على الطرح الثاني بمدينة الجلود بالروبيكي، بالمرحلة الثالثة بالمدينة والمخصصة لصناعة المنتج النهائي من الصناعات الجلدية والإكسسوارات الخاصة به، حتى ٢٧ يوليو الجاري، وهو الطرح الذي يشمل عدد 36 مصنعًا جاهزًا للإنتاج تم تصميمها وتجهيزها وفق أعلى المعايير الصناعية والبيئية.

ويأتي الطرح الجديد استكمالًا للنجاح الكبير الذي حققه الطرح الأول، حيث يفتح الباب أمام المصنعين للانضمام إلى مجتمع صناعي متكامل، قادر على المنافسة في الأسواق المحلية والدولية، وذلك عبر منصة مصر الصناعية http://xn--madein-ojiq5e0iuao9d.eg/، من خلال خطوات إلكترونية مبسطة تشمل سحب كراسة الشروط والتقديم ورفع المستندات المطلوبة."

وقد راعت الشركة في هذا الطرح - وفق توجيهات الفريق مهندس كامل الوزير نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية وزير الصناعة والنقل - توفير تنوع في المساحات بما يناسب مختلف شرائح المستثمرين، حيث يشمل الطرح عدد 6 مصانع بمساحة 2000 م²، وعدد 10 مصانع بمساحة 1000 م²، وعدد 20 ورشة بمساحة 121 م².

وتتيح المنظومة الرقمية إمكانية التقديم على أكثر من وحدة بموجب طلب واحد، وذلك بنظام التمليك أو الإيجار بما يتيح مرونة أكبر لتناسب مختلف الخطط الاستثمارية وبأسعار تنافسية، وذلك مع ضمان الشفافية الكاملة في إجراءات التخصيص والفحص الفني، وتقديم الدعم الكامل من الهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية بداية من التقديم وحتى التشغيل والتصدير.

وأكدت الوزارة سريان مجموعة من التيسيرات المميزة فى هذا الطرح منها: قيام المستثمر بدفع 25% فقط كمقدم، والحصول على سنة سماح كاملة قبل سداد باقي الأقساط، التي يتم تقسيطها على خمس سنوات بفائدة 10% فقط بشكل مباشر من خلال شركة القاهرة للاستثمار والتطوير.

كما أنه في حالة الإيجار، يقوم المستثمر بسداد قيمة 3 أشهر فقط كتأمين عند التقدم للحجز. وعند التخصيص، يتم سداد 3 أشهر أخرى كمقدم إيجار. ومن ثم الحصول على فترة سماح من الإيجار مدتها 3 أشهر قبل سداد أول دفعة إيجارية.

وفي خطوة تعكس التكامل المؤسسي بين أطراف المنظومة الصناعية لدعم المستثمرين ورفع الأعباء عنهم، فقد تم عقد شراكة مع البنك المصري لتنمية الصادرات – الراعي الرسمي لهذا الطرح - لتقديم حزمة متكاملة من الحلول التمويلية لتمويل شراء الوحدات الصناعية بنسبه تمويل تصل ٩٠٪؜ من قيمه الوحده ولمده سداد حتي ١٠ سنوات، وتمويل الآلات والمعدات لفتره سداد حتي 7 سنوات ، بالاضافه الي مساعده المصدرين او الراغبين في التصدير للنفاذ للأسواق الخارجيه من خلال نادي المصدرين الذى انشأه البنك لتقديم حزمة متكاملة من الخدمات المصرفية و الغير مصرفية للمصدرين من خلال توفير كافة الخدمات التي يحتاجها المصدر في مكان واحد بهدف توسيع قاعدة المصدرين وزيادة قدراتهم الإنتاجية والتصديرية.

كما سيحصل المستثمرون في المدينة على حوافز إضافية مخصصة للمصنعين الموجودين بالمدينة أبرزها 50% إضافية من قيمة رد أعباء الصادرات، بما يعزز القدرة التنافسية للمنتجات المصنعة داخل المدينة.

وتؤكد وزارة الصناعة أن هذا الطرح يعد فرصة مثالية للمستثمرين وأصحاب العلامات التجارية المحلية والعالمية المعنيين بتصنيع المنتجات الجلدية تامة الصنع أو الصناعات المغذية لها، حيث تتوفر كافة مقومات النجاح داخل المدينة، من بنية تحتية متقدمة، وشبكة مرافق كاملة، ومحطة معالجة صرف صناعي متطورة، وبيئة متوافقة مع المعايير العالمية فى هذا السياق، وتوافر المواد الخام ومراحل المعالجة الأولية والدباغة، بالإضافة إلى خدمات الدعم الفني والتدريب والتأهيل عبر المركز التكنولوجي ومراكز التدريب.

كما توفر المدينة مجموعة من الحوافز والخدمات تشمل تبسيط كراسة الاشتراطات وتيسير إجراءات استخراج التراخيص الصناعية، إلى جانب دعم كامل من الهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية التي تقدم الاستشارات والمساعدة الفنية لرواد الأعمال والمستثمرين منذ لحظة التقديم وحتى مراحل الإنتاج والتصدير.

هذا وتتمتع مدينة الجلود بالروبيكي بموقع استراتيجي في قلب مدينة بدر بالقاهرة الكبرى، وتتكامل مع شبكات النقل والموانئ بما يعزز قدراتها التصديرية، حيث تبعد 100 كم فقط عن ميناء السويس البحري، و50 كم عن مطار القاهرة، و24 كم عن ميناء العاصمة الإدارية الجوي، إضافة إلى خطوط طرق وسكك حديد جاري العمل عليها لربطها بالميناء الجاف والمنطقة اللوجيستية بالعاشر من رمضان.

واشارت وزارة الصناعة ان الطرح الثاني يؤكد جدية الدولة في دعم قطاع الصناعات الجلدية كأحد القطاعات الواعدة في مصر، وسعيها المستمر لتمكين المصنعين والمستثمرين من العمل في بيئة محفزة قادرة على تحقيق قيمة مضافة حقيقية للاقتصاد القومي وزيادة معدلات التصدير في هذا القطاع الهام.

Cairo for Investment and Development (CID) Continues to Receive Investor Applications in the Second Offering Phase at Robbiki Leather City (RLC) for 36 Fully Equipped Production Units Dedicated to Finished Leather Products.

The deadline for submission of the booklet of conditions and submitting applications electronically via Egypt’s Digital Industrial Platform (madein.eg) is July 27, 2025. Units offered under both Instalment Sale and Operational Rent systems.

A comprehensive package of financial solutions is provided in cooperation with the Export Development Bank of Egypt (E Bank) to finance the purchase of industrial units, as well as innovative financing solutions for machinery and working capital, with payment periods of up to 10 years, offering significant facilities for both local and foreign investors.

Direct installment plans are available for up to 6 years at a 5% interest rate for foreign investors, with a one-year grace period under the Instalment Sale, while under the Operational Rent systems, only three months’ rent is required as a down payment, with an additional three-month grace period before the first rent payment is due.

This offering aligns with the State’s efforts to attract investments and boost exports in the leather sector and aims to draw major local and international brands.

Robbiki Leather City (RLC): A fully integrated industrial environment, uniquely located with access to a comprehensive road and port network, and built in accordance with global environmental standards.

In line with the implementation of the political leadership’s vision and the State’s goals of making Egypt a regional hub for the leather industry, the Ministry of Industry announced that CID is continuing to receive applications from both local and international investors for the second offering at Robbiki Leather City (RLC), within the third phase of RLC, which is dedicated to manufacturing of finished leather products and their accessories, until July 27, 2025. This offering includes 36 production-ready units designed and equipped to the highest industrial and environmental standards.

This new offering follows the great success of the first phase and provides manufacturers with the opportunity to join an integrated industrial community capable of competing in both local and international markets.

The application process is available through Egypt’s Industrial Digital Platform (madein.eg) via a simplified electronic system that includes purchasing the terms booklet, submitting the application, and uploading the required documents.

According to the directives of Lieutenant General Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, the Company has ensured a variety of factory sizes to suit different categories of investors. The offering includes 6 factories (2,000m²), 10 factories (1,000m²) & 20 industrial workshops (121m²).

The digital system allows applicants to apply for more than one unit through a single request, whether under Instalment Sale or Operational Rent systems, providing greater flexibility to accommodate various investment plans at competitive prices, while ensuring full transparency in allocation and technical evaluation procedures. The Industrial Development Authority also provides full support from the application stage to operation and export.

The Ministry confirmed that a set of exceptional facilitations apply to this offering, including the investor paying only 25% as a down payment, obtaining a full year grace period before paying the rest of the installments, which are to be paid over 6 years at 5% for foreign investors, directly through CID.

In the case of Operational Rent, the investor pays three months' rental value as deposit when submitting the reservation request. Upon allocation, an additional three months' value paid as advance rental payment. The investor then receives a three-month grace period before paying the first rental installment.

In a step reflecting institutional integration among stakeholders in the industrial system to support investors and reduce their burdens, a partnership has been established with the Export Development Bank of Egypt (E Bank)—the official sponsor of this offering—to provide a comprehensive package of financial solutions for Financing industrial unit purchases (up to 90% of unit value, 10-year repayment. Also Financing machinery, working capital, and technical support (up to 7-year repayment). Additionally, exporters access foreign markets through E Bank’s Exporters Club, which provides integrated banking and non-banking services in one place to expand exporter capabilities.

The Ministry of Industry affirms that this offering represents an ideal opportunity for investors and local and international brand owners involved in the manufacturing of finished leather products or their supporting industries.

Robbiki Leather City (RLC) provides all the elements of success, including advanced infrastructure, a fully integrated utilities network, a state-of-the-art industrial wastewater treatment plant, and an environment that complies with global standards. RLC lies just 100 km from Suez Seaport, 50 km from Cairo International Airport, and 24 km from the Capital Airport. The city is also connected through ongoing infrastructure projects, including roads and railways, linking it to the dry port and logistics zone in 10th of Ramadan City.

The Ministry further noted that the second offering reflects the State’s commitment to supporting the leather manufacturing sector, recognizing it as one of Egypt’s promising industries. It underscores the continuous efforts to empower manufacturers and investors to operate within a productive and enabling environment capable of generating real added value for the national economy and increasing export rates in this vital sector.
